Alumni representative of Acadia University (Wolfville, Nova Scotia) organized a Mid-summer Dinner Gathering on Friday, August 16, 2024. Key representatives from some other universities in the Maritimes, including Saint Mary's University and Dalhousie University, were invited to attend.
The dinner was held at Bistro City on the 1st Floor of the City Hall Lower Block in Central. The booked area was in fact a cozy and secluded den adjacent to the main floor of the restaurant. We were having a Western-style dinner on a long table which can be further extended to accommodate more pax. We will consider booking this venue again in the future.
The first one on the right is Stephen Mak. The first one on the left is Audrea Lau accompanied by his wife sitting beside him. Both are key alumni representatives of Acadia University.
Invited guests included Mr. Sherman Cai & Ms. Ming Luk representing alumni of Dalhousie University as well as Jimmy Ho & Sammy Ho representing alumni of Saint Mary's University.
